I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing.
1. I have read the return & shipping policy page
2. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
3. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
4. I understand that Natasha Somalia is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. 
5. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.
 6. I understand that Natasha Somalia offers a  90 day warranty on all handbags and small leather goods. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange for a replacement will be honored. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for servicing or repairs. It is important to note that any issues with a product outside of the 90-day warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer. Please open your packages upon receipt. 
7. I understand that Natasha Somalia is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.  
8. I understand that due to the nature of our business and for hygiene purposes, jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
Shipping Policy  
Please allow 7-14 business days to receive order. Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 
1. All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO. 
2.  I understand any order placed containing luggage or that is $300.00 or more, will automatically have delivery with signature confirmation added to the order. 
Return Policy
* You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. * All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
* Only store credit will be issued.
* Shipping, taxes and discounts are excluded and the store credit amount is for the amount of merchandise purchased only.
* Please contact our customer service team to initiate your return/exchange, any merchandise returned without this step occurring, will be returned as a refused exchange/return. 
* All items being returned for store credit must be in the original condition, with its original packaging and tags attached( if applicable) within 14 days. 
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for store credit. 
* Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for defective items being returned. (Including ALL refused/unaccepted and returned packages via the shipping carrier). 
* Items returned after 14 days upon delivery of order will not be accepted. 
* NO EXCEPTIONS. 
* Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and transported to us for your store credit to be issued.
