HOW TO ENJOY YOUR CUP

1. Pour hot water (just below boiling) over tea bag
2. Steep for 5-7 minutes
3. Remove tea bag
4. Enjoy hot or over ice

For best results

• Use 1 tea bag per cup
• Drink 1-2 cups daily
• Store in a cool, dry place

COLD BREW INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place one tea bag in 8 oz cold or room temperature water
2. Steep in refrigerator for 8-12 hours (overnight works perfectly!)
3. Remove tea bag and enjoy

QUICK ICED TEA:

1. Steep tea bag in 4 oz hot water for 5-7 minutes
2. Remove tea bag
3. Add ice and cold water to reach 8 oz
4. Stir and enjoy
