Product FAQ's

Can I juice celery?

YES! Juice Craft is a masticating / cold press juicer, meaning it's perfect for celery. It keeps more nutrients and delivers more juice. Just be sure to chop it into pieces of 1-2 inch or so.

How do I clean my juicer?

I do not recommend dishwasher cleaning. Wipe clean the main body of the juicer if required. Juice Craft is easy to clean by pulling all the separate pieces apart and rinsing in warm soapy water. Your metal mesh filter is simply scrubbed using the unique Juice Craft brush and excess pulp can be removed from the pulp chute by opening the orange plug and scooping pulp out using the hook on the Juice Craft brush.

How long can I store my juice?

Juices can be stored in the fridge for 24-48 hours and up to 72 hours at the absolute most.

When needing to store juices for longer than that, you then need to freeze them. If freezing, it is advisable to not fill them right to the top to allow room for expansion. Leave at least ½ inch at the top. When thawing them it is advisable to thaw in the refrigerator and drink immediately.

Can I place hot liquid in my juicer?

Even though my  parts are made with high quality materials, it is not made to handle hot liquids.
